Style Revel Return/Exchange Policy

 At Style Revel, we want 100% happy customers. We know this isn’t always the case but we will always do what we can to leave you with a smile! If you aren’t happy with your item(s), we will gladly do a return or exchange. If you aren’t sure what to do or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@stylerevel.com and we will happily assist you with your issue. Thanks!

 

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date on your packing slip. Items must be shipped back to us by the 30th day in order to be eligible for the refund.  The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

 Items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the date on your packing slip.  Items must be shipped back to us by the 30th day in order to be eligible for an exchange.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached. Packing slip AND return/exchange form must be included.

Damaged Items:

We will be happy to replace any item that you receive in a damaged condition.  Simply send us an email at orders@stylerevel.com and send the item back using the pre-paid shipping label we will send you.  Be sure to include the exchange form and packing slip even if you are getting an exact replacement.

 

What to do:

  • To return your product, please package item(s) with original tags attached and include packing slip and return/exchange form.  
  • Ship the item back using the method of your choice. Please allow 7-10 days for the package to arrive back at our office.  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If you refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for payment to officially post to your account.
  • If your exchange is approved, it will be processed and we will ship out your replacement items within 3-4 days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again. 
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 
  • orders@stylerevel.com.

 

Gifts

All gift items will be treated as regular item returns and must include the order packing slip.  If you are having the item shipped to you to be given at a later time, be sure to include the packing slip with the gift.  If you are shipping the gift directly to the receiver, we will include the packing slip in their package. The packing slip will never include pricing but please note that the item is a gift in the item notes section at checkout.  If you wish to have us wrap the item, we will be happy to do so free of charge.  

 

*Special note: Christmas gift exceptions will be done differently than regular returns. If you are buying something as a Christmas gift, please note it during purchase and we will include a special packing order that will allow the receiver until January 10 OR the 30 day period to send in exchanges. If you forget to note during checkout, just send us an email at orders@stylerevel.com and we will add a note to your order.
